Diet: Day Two

I hate it already, it's too hard!

I have been at work today, it's a place for snacking, I snack when I am walking and I snack in the office, not today!

I did have a few minor slip ups. I started the day well with a small bowl of cornflakes, intentions were good, I then got to work and started to catch up with things that happened over the weekend.

When I went out for a walk, I got hungry, it just comes on with me, it doesn't build up it just happens, so I got a bag of roasted almonds which were delicious - A Must Try!

The I had a poxy greek salad and chicken breast for lunch which was LOVELY with a granery roll, and a Hartley's pot of 6 Calorie Jelly to wash it down with!!

I was then rudely offered the last chocolate in a Milk Tray box (which by the way contains about 100 Calories in a poxy little choccie), and of course I had it! It was so tasty.

I would just like to state that I am doing very well in relation to chocolate, I do have 2 Easter Eggs right next to me at this very moment when I am actually starving.

If I am going to be frank with you all then I must confess I feel like an Ethiopian currently, I haven't eaten alot but have a big belly...
